Wordans customer service executive Mig was exceptional. I had ordered T-Shirts but turned out they were the wrong size. I requested for a return, but since the return policy states that shipping charges must be borne by the customer, I was a little hesitant to initiate the return. However, Mig understood my situation and managed the return process so well that I'm now a permanent patron of Wordans. I thought these other ratings were just bots or whatever, but I can vouch that these shirts are awesome! I bought about 20 whites to just dye and give to my pals, they work awesome! They shrink no more than half an inch in my heat cycle on their first clean, and haven't shrunk since. Going to order more at one point, but definitely a steal at less than $3 a shirt.
